Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment. All packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment of the package.
We only accept cash and credit.
Package / Prepaid Treament
Patients are eligible to change treatment plans from individual treatment into packages after the first individual treatment only – credit will be applied towards the package. For packages purchased any time after, previous treatments can not be counted towards the package.
There are no refunds on treatments rendered. If the patient decides not to complete all the treatments in the package, the patient is subjected to pay the current rate per each treatment rendered and the difference of the package will be refunded.
As courtesy, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or if you need to reschedule.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment and do not call or give notice to cancel or reschedule will be subjected to a NO SHOW fee. The No Show fee of $25 is due at the time of the patient’s next office visit.
After two consecutive no shows to your appointment, our practice may decide to terminate its relationship with you.
Refer a new client to our practice and receive $100 credit towards one treatment after the new client’s first treatment is completed.
